Based in Los Angeles, Sarah Zeitlin has edited Abbott Elementary, Government Cheese, and most recently, seasons two and three of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Previously, Sarah was an assistant editor on such shows as Modern Family, Orange is the New Black, Parks and Recreation, The Mindy Project, and Homeland.

Outside of editing, she volunteers as a digital coordinator and associate mentor with the ACE Diversity Program, where she supports aspiring assistant editors and editors.

Originally from the Chicago area, Sarah is an alumna of Boston University (film production/philosophy). She loves reading and is drawn towards character-driven stories with complex, morally nuanced protagonists.
